| Project summary
Overview information note "Formula" of the project: "Production of complex organomineral fertilizers, feed additives and veterinary preparations based on sapropel."
Creation of production of complex organomineral fertilizers and growth stimulants, feed additives and veterinary preparations from relic ecologically pure raw materials - lacustrine sapropel, as well as microbiological preparations, on the basis of the enterprise for the production and sale of sapropel products for crop production and livestock sector that meets market requirements and is oriented to production more and more popular life of environmentally friendly products.
Sapropel is a multi-layered, complex composition of the product, which is formed at the bottom of the lakes. At its core is an organic mass that is formed from algae and microorganisms under the influence of bacteria.
Sapropel contains proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, organic acids, alcohols, resins, carotene. From the mineral substances in it, compounds of calcium, silicon, phosphorus, iron, sulfur have been found, and traces of trace elements - copper, zinc, barium, and titanium . It is mainly used in agriculture, livestock and poultry.
In the field of agriculture, it is proposed to introduce a fundamentally new method of increasing the yield of agricultural crops, the so-called " accurate farming", based on a complex of organizational and technical measures for processing seed and plantings, in conditions of complete and reliable information on the quality of the seed material, soil characteristics and climate forecasts .
In the field of animal husbandry technologies for the use of new types of feed additives based on complex organic extracts from sapropel are proposed.
In total, the project plans to create 500 jobs.
The planned highly efficient business is created exclusively on the basis of the achievements of modern bio and nanotechnologies, Russian raw materials of sapropel with the goal of obtaining environmentally friendly and competitive products used in such areas as:
● Agroindustrial complex
● Building
● Extractive Industries
● Textile production
● Pulp and paper industry, production of building materials
● Production of faience, porcelain
● Fuel industry
● Chemical industry
● Medical industry
● Mining
● Ecology
At present, the situation in the world agricultural production is characterized by the following trends:
● The rapid growth of prices for mineral fertilizers, associated with an increase in the cost of raw materials.
● Dynamic development of ecologically clean agriculture, based on fairly expensive components and technologies that exclude mineral fertilizers.
This production technology has already yielded positive results in Western Europe, Russia and Kazakhstan.
To solve environmental problems, it is proposed to introduce the technologies of application of sorbents based on sapropel, tested in St. Petersburg and Russia in general, to bind heavy metal salts and radionuclides in contaminated soils.
The location of sources of raw materials is Vologda Oblast, Vologda and Ustyuzha Districts.
The rationale for choosing is the availability of significant sapropel reserves on Lake Kubenskoe. (375,000 tons), the sapropel was never produced and produced on the lake, the lake was not subjected to technogenic factors of influence and is in natural natural balance; the lack of modern sapropel processing facilities that can meet the requirements for humic fertilizers, growth stimulants, in the cultivation and restoration of soil fertility, additives to animal feed.
Scientific support of the project is carried out by:

● Agrochemical Institute of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences,. Moscow
● St. Petersburg State Agrarian University.
Using products from sapropel allows humanity to solve a number of socially significant tasks, for example, it allows you to clean the soil of harmful substances thereby saving nature.

The result of the tasks outlined in the business plan will be the creation of an enterprise that processes the most valuable organomineral raw materials - sapropel.
This production will be based on the powerful raw materials of the North and Europe and the scientific base created by the scientists of St. Petersburg and Berlin. It is planned to establish enterprises in the Baltic countries.
