Financial model of project execution
The source of financing for this project is charitable donations from donors in the format of charitable co-financing ("crowd-funding"), crypto-currencies ETH (Ethereum) in exchange for electronic tokens EEST4 Fund, which is implemented in the form of s electronic financial exchange sign on blokcheyn-platform "Ethereum» ( "Ethereum", ETH) and is provided with s as shares (stakes in ownership) of the joint-stock company created in the future, and by the end product - ceramic gas turbine engines (GTE).
The main three stages of the project are:
• "Collecting Charitable Co-Financing (" crowd-funding "),
• "Establishment of a production facility (plant), formation of a joint-stock company"
• "Back redemption of electronic tokens EEST 4 in exchange for shares of the plant (joint-stock company)."
Based on the results of the project implementation, a joint-stock company domiciled in the European Union will be created, which will become the owner of all assets, property and property rights of the Production Facility: the corresponding full (100% number of electronic tokens EEST4 is subject to either a reverse exchange of 90% of the shares in this joint-stock company (in the relevant mathematical proportion) or may be exchanged for finished products in accordance with the Rules and Conditions for the use of charitable co-financing.
Time-line project
1 stage "Collecting Charitable Co-Financing":
Collection of donations in the form of a crypto currency ETH ("The Ethereum").
Exchange of electronic tokens EEST4 for the crypto currency ETH will be implemented in the appropriate proportion - that is, at the rate established by the Rules and Conditions for the use of charitable financing.
Due to the collected means of crypto currency ETH there will be the formation and expenditure of the investment budget for the production of production lines, the construction of a factory complex and the purchase of necessary equipment.
Stage 2 "Production" in the next 48 months after the success of the charity co-financing:
• Organization of the ceramic turbine engine power 2- 5 kW electric energoobespechcheniya gas pipeline systems (instrumentation, cathodic protection and dr.ustroystv main piping),
• The organization of the production of ceramic powders for the production of ceramic composite materials for GTE,
• Development and production of printers for the manufacture of parts and assemblies of ceramic GTE of different power by the method of selective laser fusion (by additive technology with the size of the working field of the printer up to 1000 × 1000 × 1400 mm),
• Development and manufacturing of test stands for GTE tests, including fire tests of engines and measuring equipment for them.
• Designing and manufacturing of measuring and test stands.
• Development and manufacture of ceramic gas turbine engines with a power of 500 kW and modular assemblies of them for transport systems,
• Development and certification in the Russian Federation
• The beginning of sales in Russia and the CIS to 1000 products per year,
• Certification and sales in the world up to 10,000 items per year.
Stage 3 "Exchange of assets" 48 months after the charity co-financing.
